im looking to starting play is this a full sized one? if not, wuts the cheapest FULL size guitar i can get?
It is a full size guitar since its scale length is 25 1/2", which is standard for a full size guitar. However as someone already pointed out, it's not a very good guitar. Closer to $200 is recommended for a beginner's guitar that's reliable enough not to stand in your way. Also, you're always much better off buying it from a local music store so you can hear it and hold it and see if you like it. Good luck.
