can you change a classical guitar to an acoustic by changing the bridge and drilling holes where the replacement bridge i buy and put pegs in them i got a lucero classical guitar and i dont like nylon strings and i cant get i to sound good with extra light bronze strings im so angry i bought the wrong guitar online
Only if the guitar has a trussrod. The tension from steel strings will warp the neck in short order if it doesn't. Most classical guitars don't have a trussrod because they are meant to use nylon strings. I would just leave the guitar as it is and either try to sell it or trade it in on a steel string acoustic. Besides , by the time you paid to have it converted properly you could buy another guitar.
