How Can I Fix My Spectrum Steel-Stringed Acoustic Guitar?
I got a Spectrum Acoustic Guitar for a gift, and It was working fine. I used it about 3 times week. No heavy damage, but all of a sudden one of the strings got loose. When I try to pluck it, it rattles. I looked at the Tuning Pegs and I found out that the G string wont wind when I turn it. No Whole Guitar Technical Jargon here, I know I will probably have to take it to the store, but if I don't have to, please help me!
Sounds like a tuning peg/machine head problem. Maybe one of the little bushings has broken. It's a store job unless you can replace tuning pegs yourself.
