Big Baby...?
First time mother and Im 2 days short of 37weeks and I am all baby. People are making jokes that its gonna be a 10 lb baby. I cant NOT deliver a 10 lb baby! and omg sleeping is virtually impossible, my lower back and hips r killing me. are there any secrects to that? pillows dont work. oh god, 3-4 weeks left, i feel like im gonna pop. i hate being so big i can hardly move and in so much pain. what can i do?!

Ok, calm down. You're just getting nervous (and rightfully so!), but your delivery will go fine. IF your baby was so large that you cold not deliver, your doctor would perform a c-section.
Talk to your doctor about your worries, and when you are in labor, dont try to suffer it out, get an epideral!!
As for your current pain, try to stay off your feet as much as possible. Also, try sitting in a comfortable recliner as opposed to laying in a flat bed. Ask your hubby/ bf to give you light massages, to help relax your muscles.
Also, the guesstimates of what your baby's weight will be are usually no where close to the actual amount! My mother was absolutely huge when she was pregnant with my baby brother and he was just under seven pounds when he was born. You have a lot of amniotic fluid surrounding your baby, which could make you look gigantic, without the baby being THAT big!
