Question about Guitar Hero/Rock Band..?
I'm just a regular guy who was never interested in those guitar/music games that everyone and their mom seems to be into. They just didn't do it for me... until now.
I found out recently that they're coming out with a Rock Band game featuring The Beatles. So now I have a reason to try out the game. So I did some research and found out that the makers of the game are going to make a limited edition bundle with replica Beatles bass controller, drum kit, mike & the stand, and of course, the game disc for $250.
So my question is, since I don't own any accessories for these type of games, is the bundle they are offering a good value or would it come out cheaper to buy everything separately? Oh, and since the bundle comes with a bass controller will I only be able to play the bass in the game?
Remember, I've never played these games before...

if you bought a band kit(drums, guitar, mic, and game) you would be looking 189. the mic stand is roughly 20 ...you also get a metal kick pedal which would run 20-30 seperately and there is something else for the drums and exclusive content....your also getting a pearl-finished drum set so it will be very different from the others
final opinion yes, its more since they are replica items from the beatles but geeting it all in one box is better than 5 different ones
