Well it is all about preferance. You should know that you can buy a normal guitar and slap your maker stains or stickers on them.
Size is not really important. I know a lot of musicians who play 3/4 scale as well as full scale, and exstended scale.
When you look for a guitar don't give into what the brand says or what people say about that guitar being better. I would much rather play my guitars over a 40,000 dollar fender, or an 8,000 dollar gibson just because I like the feel and the playability my guitars give.
Any true musician can make music from any instrument. I was in best buy once playing a crappy 3/4 scale electric guitar for my niece and people thought I was playing a gibson not a crappy Stargazer. And I personally do not even play them brands.
Go to a music store and play some of their guitars before buying them online. I would also suggest just buying from a music store because when you get mail order instruments they get screwed up and if you do not know how to fix them then you will grow to hate it.
Remember there is no such thing as good guitars to everyone. The best guitar in the world is the one that fits you.
