Is a solid top or spruce top the best on an acoustic?
I am buying my first acoustic guitar and I want to know if I should pay $60 more for a solid top or just get the spruce top/ Im only a beginner.
I would go for the solid top
they sound better,
they will improve in sound as you play them,
(laminate tops don't )
it will give you a better resale value too, down the road, so you will get your money back then
