got dropped a while ago and the soundboard has broken.its a 1977 with gold coloured string winders

how much do u think i will get for it spares or repair
The problem with answering this question is that the extent of the damage is unknown.It may be worth taking it into your nearest repairers workshop. There are some good repairers/ makers in every main town. What about insurance? was it adequately covered for accident? An Ovation could also just have a straight new sound board
replaced if the damage is severe. I assess guitars for my local Oxfam shop and sometimes acoustics are best left with the hole unbodged.
Any price depends on the severity of the damage but no-one really wants to part with a large wedge for a broken artifice.
Since Ovations are of a top reputation and renowned for quality in all fields of music, they are valuable in good condition. Nationally - you could contact Kingfisher Music Fleet or any listed Ovation dealer in the country. Type in searche engine- guitar repairers/luthiers/makers and find some more suggestions. Arthur
