Should I be using a stainless steel pan for frying?

I'm asking because my stainless steel pan stains horribly every time I fry something on it. It doesn't matter if it's eggs, ham, or chicken it just gets stained more and more.

Get a good stainless steel pan, at least a 18/10, that has a thick bottom on it. I use Wolfgang Puck SS pans but theres other good ones. Get pan good and hot bfore pouring oil in then fry. A good cleaner is Cameo amuminum & stainless steel cleaner which you can get at WalMart and other stores. Hope this helps.
