I have been playing acoustic guitar for 3 years and i still have my walmart brand guitar the intire time so i need a new guitar I found one that i like for 130.00

I've played a lot of Takaminis in my life, and have yet to find one that isn't an excellent instrument.
You'll be happy with it. It probably has crappy tuners, which you will want to replace in a few years, but other than that, an accoustic is an accoustic. If it sounds good, it sounds good.
Go to GC and play one, see if you like it. If so, if it's comfy, it's the guitar for you.
I'd say go for it. Some guitars are simply overpriced, so don't be put off that it isn't a 2000$ Martin or something..
