Beginner acoustic guitars: Yamaha or Washburn?
I'm going to start taking classes in a month. Yamaha F335 ($149) or Washburn D100DL ($99)?
Both seem great for beginners (judging by the reviews). Since I haven't even started I don't think telling me to "try them out and find the sound I'm looking for" would help. I like the look of the Yamaha better but I can get the Washburn for $50 less plus it comes with a gig bag.

If you're dead set on one of those two, I'd say you're better off with the Yamaha F335. Yamaha's are decent guitars and with the right strings they can sound pretty good. Washburns on the other hand I have never been a fan of, they just don't sound and play as well as they should, even for a beginner.
